How do you keep my dog safe on walks?

Every walker is background-checked, pet-first-aid certified, and trained in dog body language. We use double-clip safety harnesses, avoid off-leash areas unless you specifically request them, and adjust routes for weather and traffic. You'll also get a real-time GPS map of every walk.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule any single walk free of charge with at least 12 hours notice. For multi-night Bed n Breakfast bookings, we ask for 48 hours notice to give your spot to another pup on the waitlist. Emergencies are always handled with flexibility.

What happens on the first visit?

Before any paid service, we do a free 20-minute meet & greet. We'll come to your home, get to know your dog, learn the routine, ask about quirks and triggers, and walk through key handling. No pressure to book afterward — we want everyone to feel like the right fit.

Do you offer meet and greets?

Yes — every new client gets a complimentary meet & greet, no commitment required. It's how your dog meets their walker calmly, on home turf, before any service starts. Most pups (and humans) feel a lot better about the whole thing afterward.
